**The role**:
Our busy AgriSolutions retail store based in **Kyogle **has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly organised, Assistant Store Manager to join the team on a full-time basis.

You will provide agricultural advisory and sales service to farm clients and build business partnerships with our major customer base through the provision of sound technical advice. You will also support the Store Manager in an administration capacity.

To be successful, you will possess strong interpersonal skills, be enthusiastic and self-motivated.

- Technical skills or an understanding of Agricultural Science, Animal Health or Agronomy is an advantage
- Demonstrated understanding of the rural industry
- Proven ability to be a motivated and hands on leader within a small team environment
- Demonstrated commitment to rural customer service with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, recommending the Norco range of products and services that will strengthen the growth of their business
- Demonstrated excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy skills including Microsoft office, Point of Sale (POS) and administration skills
- Experience working in a rural retail and warehousing environment desirable
- Drivers licence essential
- Forklift licence desirable, or willingness to obtain one
