In the role of Temp Principal Advisor (Implementation) you will work closely with the Implementation Director (Bus & Ferry & Installations) to support the project management, logistics and relationship management activities required to transition Bus and Ferry Operators from their current ticketing solutions to the new Smart Ticketing solution. You will support the project management of significant and complex organisational and operational change required for the Operator and their customers.
**Some of your responsibilities will include**:
- Ensure appropriate levels of project status reporting including minutes, agendas, risks and issues and supporting documentation are developed and maintained to capture all engagement and support activities provided by the Implementation team. Work with team members to deliver project requirements including managing stakeholder relationships, and the provision of support to transport operators through operational oversight of transport operator transition from current ticketing solutions and operating models to the new Smart Ticketing solution and operating models. Manage and coordinate the implementation of Operators go-live events including facilitating regular progress-to-plan meetings with all contributing Smart Ticketing program streams and Supplier. Assist with planning and oversight across all Bus and Ferry EMV activities (both SEQ and regional) including operator site visits, equipment swap out and monitoring of system performance. Work across Smart Ticketing and BAU Operations and assist as required with any project or site works as required in other TMR projects including Cross River Rail, Metro vehicles and others.

- Current "C" class drivers' license.
\Requirements of the role
- Experience (2+) years in government organisations, ideally working on a project involving significant public transport change.
