**Key Responsibilities**:
**Clinical Support**: Provide assistance during surgical procedures and offer training support as needed;
**Relationship Building**: Foster strong relationships with key surgeons and their teams through education and clinical case support;
**Product Promotion**: Showcase innovative products to surgeons and operating room personnel, promoting training and education; and

**Market Insights**: Provide valuable feedback on surgeon preferences and competitive activities to enhance offerings.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
**Passion for Learning**: We're seeking self-motivated individuals with a strong willingness to learn and grow;
**Communication Skills**: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for building rapport with surgeons and healthcare professionals;
**Anatomy Knowledge**: A solid understanding of anatomy, particularly in spine and neurosurgery, is highly desirable; and

**Professionalism**: Demonstrate a strong work ethic, resilience, and a professional outlook in all interactions.

**Preferred Experience**:
**Bachelor of Science or Similar**: Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field are preferred; and

**Medical Industry Experience**: Previous experience within the medical industry or hospital theatres is advantageous but not required.
