The Project Officer provides high-level support across a broad range of project functions and responsibilities, including preparation of executive presentations and submissions, report writing, and assisting with planning and tracking of both specific initiatives and overall project activities. The incumbent will focus on continuous improvement to support the delivery of high-quality service and products of short courses for staff and students.

The Project Officer will also be responsible for successfully project managing the outputs (staff and student initiatives) of interlocking key activities and deliverables across Strategic Portfolio, Service Experience, Learning Elements and Partnerships Pillars for strategic university projects Global Studio supports. The Project Officer will collaborate with platform and EdTech partners to ensure effective management of annual planning, progress and reviews.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Coordinate and manage the Global Studio Leadership Team’s task planning, resource tracking, monitoring and reporting on progress, milestones and resource utilisation, ensuring project requirements are met.
- Liaise with all Global Studio team members and project stakeholders to provide effective project administrative support
- maintenance of project management systems and development of any relevant documentation for the assigned teams as required.
- Monitor extensive communication tools and channels and coordinate resolutions to student and staff queries in accurate and timely manner through internal and external stakeholders
- Build and sustain effective working relationships with a network of internal and external contacts and use these to facilitate excellent communication, and the delivery of effective and consistent project management services.

***To be successful, you’ll have**:

- A Degree with subsequent relevant experience; or
- Extensive experience and specialist knowledge or broad knowledge in technical or administrative fields supporting multiple projects.
- Experience in project environments, completing work to meet tight schedules.
- Use of databases and project planning tools (Planner, SmartSheets, Team GANNT, SharePoint)
- Experience in the higher education sector, including working closely with academic staff *desirable
- Use of content management systems *desirable
