We are in a stage of exciting growth and are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Customer Service Supervisor to help lead our Customer Service area.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Ensure customer replies are within 2 business hours.
- Provide superior customer service to all enquiries and provide proactive outcomes and solutions.
- Liaise with delivery partners regarding delayed or lost deliveries.
- Maintain a process for customer delivery, returns and redirects.
- Uphold our call centre's processes and procedures.
- Assist the Customer Service Manager with managing a casual Customer Service team for the Christmas peak, up to 14 new team members, continually monitoring productivity.
- Drive a culture of community respect and inclusiveness of both our customers and colleagues.
ABILITIES & EXPERIENCE:
- Experience working within retail, eCommerce or online retail will be highly regarded.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Experience working within Zendesk preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks during extremely busy periods.

**Salary**: $58,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
