About the role:

Due to business growth, we have an opportunity available for an experienced Supervisor to work across a variety of projects in the greater Sydney/NSW area.  The key focus of the Supervisor is to directly lead and develop a team of field based staff; ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with our quality standards, delivering on the contractual requirements of our range of customers.

To be considered for this role you need:

  • Trade or Engineering qualification.
  • NACE 1 or 2 Certified in protective coatings.
  • Familiar with various Industrial paint systems.
  • Extensive experience supervising teams, delivering blasting and painting projects.
  • Experienced in quality control management.
