**The opportunity**

Due to our rapid growth, we now have an exciting opportunity available for a Practice Manager to join our growing team in Liverpool. The Practice Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the clinic, supporting our team of allied health professionals, and delivering exceptional patient care.

The role will be performed on-site in Liverpool, Monday-Friday with working hours between 8.30am-6pm.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee all administrative and operational aspects of the clinic, including scheduling, billing, patient intake, and inventory management.
- Working with the administration team at the front desk.
- Development and maintenance of appropriate human resource systems, including staff files and necessary documentation and familiarity with current awards.
- Recruiting, induction and training of new administrative and clinical staff.
- Manage and mentor clinic staff, including administration staff and clinical staff, and support personnel, to ensure high performance and productivity levels.
- Reviewing and improving practice policies, procedures and systems to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the practice, high quality service and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with allied health professionals to coordinate patient care, treatment plans, and referrals, ensuring seamless communication and continuity of care.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, privacy standards, and industry best practices to maintain the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Serve as a liaison between clinic management, staff, patients, and external stakeholders to address concerns, resolve conflicts, and foster positive relationships.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a practice manager/senior administrative role is preferred
- Experience with NDIS and NDIS Audits
- Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills
- Great people skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Must have knowledge of Medical Billing including Medicare, Third Party and Workers Compensation.
