MJD Recruitment are delighted to be working with this reputable and established law firm seeking a detail-orientated Legal Assistant to support their Family Law practice As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the practice group, working closely with the fee earners and other staff there.

This role offers variety and a challenge, a unique and exciting opportunity in today's market. You will have the chance to work alongside experienced professionals, gaining valuable insights and contributing to meaningful cases. - Conduct legal research and compile comprehensive findings to assist fee earners in their case preparations.
- Draft high-quality documentation and briefs for Counsel, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal standards.
- Handle monthly billing processes and maintain meticulous financial records.
- Liaise with clients professionally, providing exceptional client service and addressing inquiries or concerns.
- Efficiently manage files and documents, ensuring organization and accessibility for the team.
- Collaborate seamlessly with a supportive and dedicated team to achieve collective goals.

As a Legal Assistant, you will already possess 2+ years of expertise in a similar role, demonstrating talents with legal research and drafting documentation. Strong time management skills are essential in this position while handling multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Exceptional client service is a must, approaching each individual with a high level of professionalism and excellence. Adaptability and flexibility will also allow you to thrive in this dynamic work environment.
