**About BTTA**

The Brisbane Table Tennis Association Inc is one of the longest running Table Tennis clubs in Queensland. It is one of Australia’s premier, purpose-built, table tennis facilities.

**Position description**

The General Manager manages all facets of the club including finance, operations, and human resources. The incumbent is responsible for overseeing and providing direction in all aspects of management of the table tennis facilities, including table tennis operations, facility maintenance, customer service, sales and marketing, food and beverage, accounting/budgeting and human resources.

**Skills, experience and requirements**
- A passion for excellent service delivery
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with staff, Council members and other stakeholders
- Competency using computers and associated software programs.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to promote services to members and guests
- Demonstrated competency in administration and financial management
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
