We work flexibly 4 days a week remotely and 1 day working together in front of whiteboards in our Moorabbin or CBD office. In addition this is a group level role so at times there may be interstate or within Victoria travel requirements.
**The mission**:
To deliver improvements in the security, quality, robustness, efficiency, and ease of use of internal IT systems across the group. At FMH our leaders are all hands on and detail oriented with healthy can do attitudes. You will achieve this mission by effectively managing our external IT vendors, and leading our internal Corporate Systems engineering team.
**The role**:
Working across the business and empowered by the leadership team, you will define and simplify, and standardise existing IT and solutions operations whilst improving overall usability and stability of internal IT processes across the FMH Group and its subsidiaries.
The Corporate Systems Engineering team reports into this position. In addition the Corporate Systems Manager manages external IT vendor and Managed Service Provider relationships.
Vendor Management: work with and manage our IT Vendor relationships to ensure robust, efficient and easy to use solutions are delivered to internal customers. Examples of the vendors involved include an external IT provider (O365, desktop/laptop provisioning networking etc), and Salesforce.
The Corporate Systems Manager will also work closely with the FMH Operational Excellence team on kaizen initiatives that require the search and implementation of new, or redesigning the use of, internal technologies and services.

**Additional skills you might have**:
- You have knowledge and experience of corporate IT systems such as O365, IT vendor management, CRMs etc. Ideally you have worked in this space for five or more years.
- Systems configuration. You are comfortable reading the manual and learning how to configure systems to increase adoption and efficiency.
- You have worked with software engineering teams before and know how to effectively escalate to them and maintain healthy communications between corporate systems and engineering teams.
- You evangelise and help to deliver the automation of common chores to ensure they are repeatable and stable. You might have achieved this in the past using PowerShell or some other scripting language.
