Key Duties
- Responsible for the operational and financial performance of the site
- **Establish top-tier corporate and other major functions and manage client expectations**:

- Administration duties such as rosters, people management, training, and learning & development
- Directing and leading the onsite catering team, building solid relationships with staff and clients
- The provision of catering services across this business, maintaining great customer service and satisfaction levels at all times

The Person
- Industry experience at the management level, qualifications in hospitality and/or event management
- **Functions experience is a must**:

- An energetic, creative professional who will remain pragmatic and focused in an ever-changing and challenging environment
- A natural leader with a unique approach to education catering; bringing creativity, warmth, and professionalism in a friendly upmarket setting
- The ability to foster close and positive working relationships with staff, key clients, and customers is essential as well as outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
