Kinetic IT are seeking multiple **Process Managers **and** Coordinators **to work with one of our key customers accounts. These positions are as a result of growth as we continue to expand operations across the East Coast in Canberra, ACT.

This role will see you providing guidance to internal and external service providers on key service management process within a complex multi-vendor environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow in your ICT career, set in a challenging, enterprise level environment.

You are an outcome & customer focussed professional, able to think outside the box to meet the needs of all stakeholders. You can confidently demonstrate a consistent, collaborative and logical approach in a complex multi-sourced IT environment. Some of the skills & knowledge required to bring into this role as;
- **Hold a current AGSVA Defence Clearance; BASELINE minimum or NV1 (mandatory)**:

- Ability to coordinate end-to-end processes related to service delivery & support
- Demonstrated ITIL knowledge of change, problem & incident management
- Facilitate ongoing measurement of performance through analysis and reporting
- Writing, reporting and documentation skills
- Negotiation with outsourced vendors - helping to ensure that SLAs are met whilst identifying opportunities for improvement
- Recent ITIL certification
