ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We currently have a new Process Manager opportunity available in the SIAM Service Management team. This role will have a focus on integration and implementation of Change, Incident and Problem Management . This role will drive the continuous improvement, monitoring & reporting on articles and other documentation to provide assurance and consistency to the customer and wider team.

IF YOU WERE HERE YESTERDAY, HERE ARE SOME THINGS YOU WOULD HAVE BEEN INVOLVED IN:

Ensuring the correct management and maintenance of knowledge articles Developing and implementing documentation solutions to improve efficiency Managing documentation processes Delivering operational outcomes in line with defined service levels Identifying and reporting of risks and issues Collaborating with internal SIAM teams across service delivery and management.

KEEN TO GET INVLOVED? YOU'LL JUST NEED SOME OF THE FOLLOWING:

Prior experience working in Problem, Incident or Change Management Proficient in process design, implementation, and improvement within a service-oriented environment Knowledge of ITIL & SIAM processes, certification preferred Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration and drive alignment across teams Ability to analyse data and metrics to identify areas for optimisation and efficiency Adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing change effectively NV1 Clearance required.
