**The Role**:
As a Functions and Events Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the events and functions. Your responsibilities will include:
**1. Stock Management**: Conducting stock takes and managing order receiving to maintain optimal inventory levels.

**2. Event Setup**: Overseeing the efficient setup and preparation of event spaces, ensuring they are ready to impress.

**3. Team Leadership**: Directing and motivating a team of dedicated staff to deliver exceptional service during functions.

**4. Hands-On Approach**: Being hands-on during events, ensuring the highest level of service is provided to our members and guests.

**5. Professionalism**: Exemplifying professionalism in all aspects of your role, representing our club with the utmost integrity.

**Skills and Experience**:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and qualities:
**1. Function Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in functions and events, with a proven track record of success.

**2. Leadership**: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct a team effectively.

**3. Communication**: Excellent interpersonal skills, with a vibrant and engaging personality that can connect with both staff and guests.

**4. Detail-Oriented**: Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring the flawless execution of events and functions.

**5. Service Excellence**: A passion for delivering outstanding service and a dedication to exceeding customer expectations.
