**Job Description**:
Bring your passion for food and beverage service to Brisbane’s largest conferencing and events operation. As a Conference and Event Operations Supervisor, you will assist and lead your team to create unforgettable experiences for our guests.

What you will be doing:

- Assist in leading and training a large team of food and beverage attendants
- Supervise and delegate duties, whilst ensuring brand standards are met
- Liaise with the kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal is maintained
- Ensure guest expectations are met in each event, delivering a service that exudes luxury and aligns with Sofitel brand standards
- Promote a strong Heartist culture and a team that is focused on providing unforgettable experiences to our guests.

**Qualifications**:
Your experience and skills include:

- A luxury service focused personality is essential
- Functions experience in a large hospitality events operation
- Experience in leading a team and supervising others
- Ability to work rotating roster, with the occasional late night or overnight shift
- A real passion for everything food and beverage
- Ability to delegate responsibilities accordingly
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Responsible Service of Alcohol qualification
- A high level of personal presentation
- A team player with the ability to work efficiently.
