About the team and role
The People & Culture (P&C) Team are seeking a passionate and energetic recruiter with strong in-house recruitment and student recruitment experience, who is looking for an opportunity to further develop their career.
As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will work alongside our hiring managers and other key stakeholders to provide talent acquisition support and advice, including:

- Supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure we attract talented people from the breadth of the communities in which we operate

This position will also ensure all recruitment policies and processes applicable to VGSO are reflective of best practice, and remain relevant for VGSO to achieve its objectives

Skills and experience
- Previous internal / in-house recruitment experience
- Well-developed relationship management and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of providing service excellence and continuous improvement
- Ability to share VGSO's value proposition to increase and strengthen its brand in the market
- Experience in high volume Student/Graduate recruitment programs will be highly regarded
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline will be highly regarded
