**About the Role**
Located at our Preston Head Office, you'll play a vital role in maintaining and processing all Accounts Payable transactions with precision and efficiency. Working alongside a collaborative team, your main responsibilities will include:

- Processing a high volume of accounts payable transactions
- Ensuring payments align with trading terms and are properly authorized
- Reconciling statements and generating monthly reports Maintaining compliance with internal controls

**About You**
- 3+ years of experience as an Accounts Payable Officer
- Proficiency in Accounting Software Packages
- Strong computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A results-driven mindset with impeccable attention to detail
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Self-motivation to thrive in a high-volume environment while fostering teamwork Effective verbal and written communication skills
