**About the Employer**
This national wholesaler supplies the highest quality safety products to businesses/industries across Australia, New Zealand and PNG. They have been in business for more than 20 years and are still growing. The mental wellbeing of their team is a priority for this company.

**About the Role**
They now need another Administrator to assist the Sales and Admin team in ensuring the office runs smoothly. The person we are looking for is organised/a quick learner and willing to take direction. You are a team player who is also capable of working independently when required.

**Duties**
- Assisting with general office administration
- Data Entry/Invoicing/Spreadsheeting
- Reconciling purchase orders/invoices
- Attending to customer enquiries
- Maintaining the office and the supplies
- Assisting wherever required

**Skills & Exp we are looking for**
- Previous exp in a similar role
- Proficient with Microsoft suite
- Previous data entry exp
- Exp with CRM software desirable but not essential
- Exp with ERP/ sales software preferable but not essential
- Cert II in Admin desirable but not essential
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Pleasant communication style
- Happy to assist where needed
