**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As a Theatre Floor Coordinator, you will lead a passionate team of clinical nurses and collaboratively work and consult with doctors to ensure the best practice and patient outcomes are achieved. Your key focus will be coordinating the PM-shift operations of the 7 operating theatres and endoscopy suite.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Current AHPRA registration;
- Minimum of 4 years relevant perioperative specialty experience;
- Previous experience in floor coordination in the Operating Theatre will be highly regarded;
- Clinical leadership experience or relevant post-graduate specialty qualifications desired;
- A sound understanding and management of KPIs, staffing allocations, and problem-solving skills are crucial.

The Hospital, located in the Sutherland Shire, is a modern acute facility offering a full range of specialties, including cardiology, orthopaedics, general surgery, colorectal surgery, obstetrics and gynaecology, general medicine, geriatric medicine, rehabilitation, gastroenterology, plastic surgery, ear, nose and throat surgery, urology, ophthalmology, paediatrics, respiratory therapy and vascular surgery.
