**About the organisation**
Our client is a well respected, national organisation, providing assiatnce to their community for over 2 decades. by providing evidence based interventions to children, adolescence and their families. Due to strong organisational growth, they are seeking a passionate and driven advanced PBS Practitioner / National Practice Lead to join their team.

**Key responsibilities**
As the Team Lead you will be providing mentorship, training and upskilling to your team leading by example. You will play a key role in ensuring clients living with a disability living within the community receive the highest level of care possible.

Having a strong level of clinical knowledge, you will maintain your own clinical caseload. Providing a range of therapeutic interventions and assessments to children and their families of all ages with psychosocial disabilities, mental heal issues and more. You will also provide a high level advocacy & support service for clients ensuring their needs and goals are met and exceeded and in turn maximising their quality of life

**Selection criteria**
- Passion for working with people with a disability
- Behaviour Support Practitioner (Proficient or Advanced)
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing or Occupational Therapy
- Full registration with relevant membership body (AHPRA, AASW etc.) - Mental Health accredited if a nurse
- NDIS experience - desirable
- Drivers licence/ registered vehicle
- NDIS Workers Disability Check and/or Working with Children Check
- National police check, WWCC, and a drivers’ license essential
- Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination (or valid exemption)
- The ability to develop & deliver therapy based programs & assessments
