**Your Impact**

Reporting to the State Sales Manager, you will be part of our sales leadership team and take the reins for leading and developing our **On the Go** field team in Victoria.

You will be responsible for managing and coaching a team of 7 Territory Managers to achieve State sales targets whilst working collaboratively with State Account Managers, State New Business Managers, National Sales Managers and National Account Team.

Other **key responsibilities** include:

- Effectively and consistently manage and coach field team to develop sales capability, win new business & deliver KPIs
- Ensure NPD is effectively executed in field
- Ensure understanding of financial drivers and ownership of over and above deals that may impact the channel result
- Coaching field team on developing relationships internally to enable them to resolve issues effectively and efficiently
- Championing the ALB Values and consistently represents ALB professionally
