As our Commercial Performance Analyst within our Customer, Product & Growth team, you will be responsible for forecasting and tracking our sales and base management metrics to enable the business to achieve our revenue and customer targets. This role will see you analysing and managing commercial performance with a focus on driving growth and revenue opportunities.

Reporting to the Director of Customer, Product & Growth, you will be responsible for the optimisation of commercial performance across all BINGE subscription metrics, which involves analysing trends, identifying retention patterns and behaviours, and identifying risks and opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver data driven forecasting of all BINGE subscription metrics (sales, trial conversion, retention, reactivation, cross sell) for annual budgeting and weekly business operations purposes (e.g. media buying, customer engagement planning and offers)
- Track the performance of these metrics, diagnose, and articulate underlying drivers, and prepare presentation to operational teams in weekly trade meetings
- Provide ad hoc analysis for Group Management about BINGE performance
- Conduct analysis and build business cases to support recommendations on commercial and revenue driving opportunities for BINGE
- Effectively collaborate with other teams to understand business drivers and share insights, including Finance, Data, Product & Marketing teams

**Skills and Experiences We’re Looking For**
- 3 years + relevant Commercial / Strategy experience within Big 4 or Management Consulting background
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, risks and opportunities
- Ability to simplify and tackle complex problems, synthesize findings from a variety of sources and present to stakeholders in a clearly articulated and concise presentation
- Customer focused with a passion for entertainment streaming
- A growth mindset and the ability to challenge conventional thinking
- Passion for data driven solutions and how they can shape the future of our business
- Collaborative working style, engaging management, peers, team members and stakeholders to deliver outcomes
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment, able to prioritise effectively across multiple projects and be agile to move with adjusting targets
