**The Role**:
As a Team Assistant for our esteemed client, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a structured and supportive environment. You will work closely with management to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of office operations and uphold company values, offering top client service to all. Some of the duties will include:

- **Diary Management**: Efficiently manage appointments and schedules.
- **Reception Duties**: Create a welcoming and professional reception area.
- **Document Preparation**: Handle medicolegal paperwork and ensure files are organized.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist with various administrative tasks.
- **Taking Initiative**: Respond to the needs of the day, demonstrating a 'can do' attitude.

**Who are we looking for?**

This position is suited to an individual who possesses exceptional client service and communication from a similar position, with an eye for detail and a high level of professionalism. Other skills that will be highly regarded will include a warm and pleasant personality, creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients and colleagues, ability to work autonomously and take initiative, and strong MS Office skills.
