About the role

The People and Culture (P&C) Advisor is responsible for providing P&C advice and service to leaders on a range of employment and people experience related matters. This includes employee relations issues, performance management, workplace investigations, and supporting the Business Partners in implementing and executing people initiatives and programs.

This role works in support of the business partners to ensure all business partnering workflows and operational processes are completed and up to date. You will bring curiosity, fresh ideas and insights to inform how people practices and experiences can innovate and bring business themes, trends and risks to the Business Partners that need to be addressed.

Relevant tertiary education in Human Resources, Business or associated disciplines.

Good experience advising leaders on HR matters.

Proven experience providing advice and guidance bases on interpretation of enterprise agreements, contracts and policies.

Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and applicable laws and regulations.

Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.

Demonstrated use of data to assist decision making with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity and can be flexible on location with a hybrid working environment.
