Your role will include:

- Thorough technical and functional understanding of SF and ECC Pay configurations
- Collaborate with key business stakeholders as the technical lead for continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide technical and functional support including problem and incident management for SF modules, SAP ECC Payroll and integrated SaaS systems
- Ensure support, maintenance and continuous improvement align with Komatsu’s SDLC practices and methodologies (Prince2, ITIL).
- Hold external consultants accountable for their engagement’s deliverables, with robust technical and functional documentation and testing adherence
- Lead the SF release process as the overall Test Manager, ensuring a robust approach to understanding changes.

**Your Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Proven SAP SuccessFactors HR / Pay domain knowledge with extensive experience working in a complex IT environment, 5+ years.
- 5+ years’ experience in implementation and configuration design across all SF modules including EC, ECP, Performance & Goal Management, Learning Management System, Compensation, Succession & Development, People Analytics and Spinifex
- Experience in implementation of SAP ECC Pay and Time Management solutions
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with issue management (identification, root cause analysis, defining solutions and resolution).
- Strong test experience including unit testing, functional testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing and regression testing
- Experience with implementing HR Support Packs for legal changes in Australia and New Zealand
- Understanding of IT Methodologies (eg SDLC, ITIL, PRINCE II)
