We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistants to join our team in providing essential care and support to our client.
- **Casual Positions Available**:

- **Wentworth Falls Location**:

- **$37 - $40 per hour | Benefits**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assist residents in performing daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to the residents.
- Assist with mobility, transferring, and positioning of the residents.
- Monitor and report changes in the resident’s health or behaviour to the supervising nurse or healthcare provider.
- Document care activities and observations in the resident’s records.
- Provide person-centered care to the residents in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards, ensuring that the resident’s dignity, privacy, and independence are respected.

**Skills and Abilities**:

- Cert III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or another related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience providing care in an aged care facility.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and a positive attitude
