Bodington is our 120-bed home offering exceptional care to all our residents. Situated in the picturesque bushland of Wentworth Falls, we offer a home-like environment where residents and staff are treated with compassion and respect. 

We have permanent opportunities for Catering and Cleaning Assistants to join our growing team. The shifts times we have available are:

  • Catering Assistant – Morning shift 6:30am to 11:30am or 7:00am to 2:00pm, Afternoon shift 2:30pm to 7:30pm
  • Cleaning Assistant – Morning shift 7am to 12pm or 7:00am to 3pm

Bodington is not close to public transport so a motor vehicle would be advantageous. Onsite parking is available.

To be considered a successful candidate, you will possess the following:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an Aged Care environment
  • Completion of Cert III or Cert IV qualifications in aged care, independent support, food safety or similar, desirable
  • Warm and empathetic interpersonal skills, with experience interacting with a wide range of people
  • Ability to establish and maintain professional and appropriate relationships with residents and their families
  • A genuine passion for providing high quality care to the elderly 
  • Must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19
  • Hold an NDIS worker screening check or willingness to obtain
