  • $34.19 - $37.58 dep on exp + NFP tax break
  • Wentworth Falls (Blue Mountains) location - Onsite parking

Bodington is not close to public transport, a motor vehicle would be advantageous

In this role, you will provide holistic, safe and quality care to our residents consistent with our Mission, Philosophy and Values. This includes assisting our residents to live an active and meaningful life as independently as possible.

You will be a team-player with excellent communication skills who is able to liaise with care staff, family members, doctors and the management team. Excellent reporting skills are required to complete necessary compulsory reporting, progress notes and incident reporting, while maintaining all policies and procedures that are in place.

To be considered a successful candidate, you will possess the following:

  • Current APHRA registration to practice as an Enrolled Nurse;
  • Previous experience working in aged care, dementia and/or mental health will be highly valued;
  • Be flexible, versatile and able to respond to difficult situations in a calm manner;
  • Experience in accreditation process in Aged care;
  • Willingness to obtain an NDIS clearance check 
  • Understanding of continuous quality improvement and accreditation;
  • Must be vaccinated for Covid-19
