Due to continued and sustained levels of demand for our services, we are recruiting a suitable person to join our Sydney team.

**Some of the key responsibilities are**:
Ø Promote business growth and development through the preparation and execution of appropriate marketing strategies;
Ø Identify new market opportunities for new and existing products and services;
Ø Advise management regarding changing marketing components such as product mix, pricing, advertising and sales promotions, selling and the appropriate corrective action for ineffective marketing strategies and campaigns;
Ø Prepare promotions and marketing plans for the overall business and its clients;
Ø Liaise with clients (individuals, agencies and companies) to ensure the delivery of successful marketing solutions to suit changing market conditions and trends;
Ø Set marketing and promotions policy in consultation with managers and clients;
Ø Plan research work and monitor marketing and promotions activity to produce reports, give recommendations and formulate changes for management and clients;
Ø Direct the development of initiatives for management and clients such as new products, new marketing techniques, new promotions campaigns, incentive bonus schemes and recommendations to drop unprofitable products.

**Skills / Experience / Required**:
A degree level equivalent or higher qualification and at least three years of relevant post-qualification marketing employment experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
