**What You'll Do**:
As our partner's Performance Manager, you're set to become a key player in crafting and executing innovative strategies across all major paid media channels (think Google Search Ads and Paid Social). Your goal? To turn campaigns into success stories for some of the most renowned retail brands in Australia and globally.

**Here's a peek at what you'll be up to**:

- Develop cutting-edge performance marketing strategies that align with client goals.
- Manage campaigns from start to finish - planning, execution, monitoring, and tweaking.
- Work hand-in-hand with Programmatic and Social teams for seamless strategy integration.
- Dive into keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to uncover new growth avenues.
- Keep a close eye on campaign performance, turning data into actionable insights to boost ROI.
- Stay ahead of the curve with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.

**Who You Are**:

- You've rocked a Performance Marketing role, preferably in an agency environment.
- Boasting at least two years or more in digital media, you've got a track record of awesome results
- A maestro in SEM, performance media, and well-versed in the relevant tools and platforms.
- You're all about data - analyzing campaign metrics is your second nature.
- Familiarity with Programmatic and Social Advertising? Big plus
- Strategic thinker, problem-solver, decision-maker - that's you in a nutshell.
- Communication and teamwork? You excel at both.
- A multi-tasker, detail-oriented, and always organized.
- Analytical by nature, you know how to turn data into gold.
