**About the role**

You will bring your skills and experience in Human Resources to our People Services team, providing timely, accurate advice to our managers in the field and our network of chaplains and volunteers. Reporting to the People Services Partnering Manager, you will be aided by a strong desire to provide prompt and friendly internal advice, an ability to manage strong working relationships with key stakeholders, and a knowledge of both WH&S legislation and recruitment best practice.

This role requires someone who is self-motivated, has excellent attention to detail, and enjoys working both in a team environment and autonomously. This role can be done anywhere in Australia, provided that a capital city is within driving distance.

- Tertiary qualifications in HR, IR, business or similar discipline
- Appropriate qualifications to be a Rehabilitation and Return To Work Coordinator (RRTWC), or willingness to complete within 6-9 months of appointment.
- Minimum two years’ experience in a Human Resources role
- Experience with the back-end operation of HRIS (particularly with an online recruitment portal) will be highly regarded
