**About Your Next Role**

As the **Store Manager** you will be reporting directly to the Area Manager and responsible for all daily operations of the store including, financial reporting, KPI coaching, stock management, VM and VIP listings.

**Your Skill Set Currently**
- Extensive Retail Management within fashion
- Passion and love for premium suiting and stylish casual looks
- Success of managing teams to structured KPI's and budgets
- The ability to problem solve, drive your store in the right business direction
- Strong sales history
- A passion for VM and in store styling
- High grooming standards
- Stock management, rostering and coaching of staff
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- VIP clientele and relationship building
- Consultative selling approach
