**About the role at Futurerent**

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Content Marketer to join our team. This is a crucial addition to the Marketing team as we start to scale up. You will take a hands-on role and use your property investing expertise to plan and create all of our content. You will have a holistic view of the market, the property investor audience, and will understand Futurerent deeply to set the right long term strategy. Your goal is noise and growth; more property investors hearing about us, being excited and inspired by us, and successfully converting into clients. You will be shaping the mindset, as well as providing the mouthpiece for the industry’s most seamless access to funding, for residential property investors around Australia.

**Seniority**

Mid Level - A role for someone with some well-developed knowledge and skills they can bring to the role and team. Typically within 2-5 years of experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Marketing analytics and reporting
- Collect, analyze, and report on metrics to determine the success of marketing efforts and return on investment
- Copywriting and Content Creation
- Write compelling content in line with the brand’s voice to achieve key goals, including awareness, ranking, and conversion
- Content Development
- Build and manage a rich content calendar that attracts the relevant audiences
