Mahlab is a multi-award winning content marketing and communications agency famous for creating work that works. We know how to create great content and integrated marketing campaigns. We also know that it doesn’t matter how great your content is if no one sees it, if your engagement is sub-optimal, or your cost-per-lead is sky-high. We take performance seriously, so nothing we do is ever set-and-forget. We create, we test, we learn, we optimise and we keep circling until we get our clients where they need to go.

**We are now looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to join us and work across some of our most prestigious accounts.**

You will have a design sensibility and the ability to envision content in all formats, from text-based articles to infographics to video. You will also enjoy establishing strong, multi-level relationships both within and outside the agency.

**This role can either be shaped as a hybrid opportunity, working from our Balmain, Sydney HQ and home, or as a fully remote role if you are located on the East Coast of Australia.**

**The ideal person will have**:

- A minimum of 5 years in a content related role
- A relevant degree
- The ability to ideate content in line with strategic goals
- Understanding of / experience with multi-format content types
- Ability to generate ideas around trending topics
- Ability to review content for its quality, execution and value
- Ability to manage editorial calendars / content programs
