**About the role**:
An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Manager to join a global Commercial Real Estate Agency located in Brisbane's CBD. Overseeing a portfolio of commercial assets, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of these assets, reporting to the director.

**Duties**:

- Management of the financial performance of the assets including annual budgets
- Ensure tenants comply with lease commercial conditions, including rent payments and insurance
- Maintain communication with stakeholders, ensuring an immediate response to emergency situations or urgent contact requirements
- Management of arrears, maintenance, reviews, renewals
- Operation of property management software

**The skills and experience required for this role**:

- 2-3 years’ minimum Commercial Property Management experience
- Current certificate of registration as a salesperson or full real estate license
- Comprehensive knowledge of lease contracts, renewals and rent increases
- High level of initiative and time management skills
- self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
