Our client, a renowned North Brisbane Commercial Property Agency, is one of the largest real estate group in Australasia. They are known for their expertise and exceptional market knowledge in commercial real estate and property management. **About the role**

The Commercial Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the commercial portfolio of one of the Agency's key clients. This portfolio includes office buildings, retail shops, and unique assets such as farmland. As the expert, you will make feasible recommendations to the client and implement them once approved.

Our client is seeking a confident and committed team player who is eager to be challenged and excited by a forward-thinking Property Agency.

**Key Duties**
- To actively be responsible the day to day property management of this portfolio which will include (but not limited to):

- Property Management - undertake regular site inspections, building and maintaining strong relationships with the client and tenants.
- Lease Management - Manage and advise on all client and tenant matters such as interpreting lease documents; negotiating and renewing leases and licences; ensure critical dates are actioned in a timely manner.
- Financial Management - Plan and propose annual budgets, proactive collection of arrears. Present monthly financial reports to key stakeholders.
- Facilities Management - Coordination of maintenance, fitout and make good works.
- Work autonomously.

**Skills & experience**
- Current QLD Real Estate registration essential
- Current Driver’s licence
- You will have a minimum 3-year in commercial or 5 years residential property management experience.
- Previous experience working with Government Agencies (Highly regarded).
- High standards around attention to detail customer service and satisfaction
- The ability to build strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
- Passionate and driven to work in this industry.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Ability to lead with initiative.
- Solid Financial Acumen and property accounting software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Work autonomously.
