What’s the job?
- Reporting to the Business Development Manager, The Business Development Co-ordinator will contribute to the development and implementation a strategic international marketing and sales plan for Torrens Global Education Services Australia and will play a pivotal role in delivering international sales targets in his/her state and region/s.
The Business Development Co-ordinator will also work within the international team and ancillary services (e.g. admissions) along with other Torrens Global Education (TGE) institutions and entities in order to best leverage joint international recruitment efforts. This role is key in establishing, maintaining and monitoring a quality agent network of partners both onshore and offshore whilst also ensuring that Torrens University Australia maintains its Streamlined Visa Processing arrangements by recruiting students who fall within the established guidelines outlined by relevant governmental legislation.
NOTE: You must have full working rights in Australia to be successfully considered for the role.
Day-to-day accountabilities:
- Sales Management- Deliver international enrolment sales targets for their region/s (in conjunction with colleague/s)-
- Manage collaboratively individual region and campus specific sales targets with team members as appropriate-
- Drive sales programs and processes to increase sales conversion for the international market segment-
- Problem solving with any student or pastoral care issues where needed-
- Contribution to the development and implementation of the Torrens University Australia strategic international marketing and recruitment plan-
- Be the expert for the state and regional international student market, ensuring TGE maximises opportunities for revenue growth in the segmentWho you are- Experience in the international student market is mandatory-
- Minimum 3 years' sales and marketing experience overall, preferably in international-
- Experience in developing and implementing marketing and sales plans-
