Business Development Coordinator

Rentokil Initial seeks a highly skilled Business Development Coordinator to join their team in Port Melbourne, Victoria. The successful candidate will be working on a permanent full-time basis.

The role reports directly to the Business Administration Team Lead and involves utilising customer service experience to build strong relationships with customers, technicians, and internal teams within the Pre-Construction division.

Main responsibilities:

  • Liaise with customers daily via email and phone calls to resolve issues and clarify customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met and work towards resolving customer complaints efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and data while ensuring compliance.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports for management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administration, business support, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of attention to detail and organisational skills.
