Business Operations Coordinator

Rentokil Initial, a leading provider of pest control and property services, is seeking an experienced Business Operations Coordinator to join our team in Port Melbourne. This permanent, full-time role offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per annum.
We require the successful candidate to be based in Melbourne, Victoria, with regular office hours from Monday to Friday. As a Business Operations Coordinator, you will work closely with the Business Administration Team Lead and utilize your customer service expertise to build relationships with clients, technicians, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with customers via phone calls and emails on a daily basis, resolving issues and providing solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and meet customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring compliance and up-to-date information.
- Prepare reports and perform administrative tasks, requiring attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Work under pressure, multitasking, and autonomously, with a high degree of adaptability.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administration, business support, or coordination roles.
- Excellent customer service skills, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in CRM systems.
- Complaint handling and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Able to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive, supportive workplace culture.
