As a rapidly growing Nursing Agency, our mission is to link nurses and clients together in the best possible working arrangements. We recruit nurses to a casual pool and place them in various clinical settings across the Sydney Metropolitan area and New South Wales at large on a temporary or shift by shift basis to cover gaps left by regular staff.

**About the Role**

This role will take ownership of and manage the recruitment function.

**Duties**:

- End-to-end recruitment of nurses & clients including acquiring new leads including development of strategy
- Maintain and build internal filing system and contact lists
- Ensuring compliance with NSW Health guidelines and other regulations
- Building positive long-term relationships with clients and nurses
- Recording and presenting key data, including meeting Key Performance Indicators
- Maintaining a social media presence to drive business growth

The Recruitment Officer will also be required to facilitate and maintain Noble Nurse’s core business by providing administrative support, including but not limited to:

- Answering in office phone calls. Directing phone calls to the appropriate person, taking messages, booking shifts and assisting clients
- Maintaining and updating company databases including roster and availability spreadsheet.
- Participating in the shared rostered responsibility for 1-2 shifts after-hours service coordination to support nurses and clients with urgent matters that cannot wait until the next business day, known as “On Call & After Hours”

**Key Qualities**:

- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills including a mature and professional approach to customer service and the achievement of objectives
- Strong computer skills including the ability to use MS Word, Outlook, Excel
- Proven track record in building and maintaining effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- Professional, ethical with a high level of self-motivation and initiative
- An understanding of and complete commitment to confidentiality.
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong planning and organisational skills with proven ability working in a highly productive environment with time pressures whilst managing multiple tasks.

**This role cannot be worked 100% remotely, or 100% after hours.**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 22 per week

**Salary**: From $30.00 per hour
