**(HEO6) $86,360 to $93,285 per annum (pro rata) plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation applies.**

**Exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role within the Adelaide Business School’s MBA Program, by proactively partnering with multiple industry bodies to support offering a range of MBA programs to our students.**

The MBA Coordinator works with the MBA Director and the School Business Manager to proactively deliver front facing support of Adelaide MBA students across the student lifecycle. A key component of this role is to ensure the delivery of holistic, proactive student case management with a focus on increased student retention, engagement and success.

The Adelaide MBA program attracts business leaders from across South Australia and beyond, and this role plays a critical role in keeping it together This role would suit those that have experience providing executive support, are strategic thinkers, great at stakeholder management, networking, and are also customer focused.

**To be successful you will need**:

- Proven record of actively contributing to the development of, and working effectively in, high-performance teams and record of championing a workplace culture.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate to a diverse range of audiences, both verbally and in writing, in a succinct, professional and responsive manner and to work collaboratively to deliver student centric results.
- Demonstrated high-level administrative experience, and using organisational and time management abilities, problem solving and initiative to deliver high quality outputs and manage competing deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience in planning, preparation and execution of events and functions, including event planning, room bookings, catering etc.
