The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) is the voice of general practitioners (GPs) in our growing cities and throughout rural and remote Australia. We foster the future of general practice through our profession-led, community-based training model for the Australian General Practice Training Program and other training pathways. About you
As our CPD Program Officer - SA & NT, you will have a strong background in providing high-level and specialised support to assist the CPD Program Coordinators and wider CPD team in ensuring that program procedures are carried out in a timely, accurate and efficient manner. You will possess exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain and build on member expectations.

**To thrive in this role, you’ll have**:
Experience providing high-level administrative support in an educational environment.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a small team and under times of pressure.
Excellent client and stakeholder service skills with the ability to interpret client needs and develop and sustain positive relationships with stakeholders.
About the opportunity
Reporting to the CPD Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that the RACGP has the right mechanisms to support, review and maintain Education and Training standards for all aspects of a GP’s training and education across the lifelong journey of General Practice.

**In addition, you’ll**:
Support RACGP members to meet their CPD requirements as per the MBA CPD Registration Standard and the RACGP CPD Standards.
Identify and analyse members’ needs, resolve problems, adapt program knowledge and provide resources and program expertise.
Support the RACGP CPD Program Coordinators in the daily administration of the CPD program.
