**ROLE**
Exciting newly created opportunity to join this highly regarded Corporate Partnerships team As Workplace Giving and Partnerships Coordinator, you will be reporting to the Acting Corporate Partnerships Manager to support the implementation and delivery of their Workplace Giving Program and other initiatives that sit within the corporate partnerships program.
You get to play a vital role in managing, implementing and growing an innovative workplace giving program, engaging with new and existing partners and prospects, cultivating strong relationships to secure long term funding, assisting in the development of the donor journey to improve and manage regular communications.
The role is varied and would suit a skilled (and ideally experienced) fundraising coordinator with preferable experience in supporting corporate partnerships and workplace giving or relevant business expertise, who possesses exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, a positive can-do attitude and excellent administration capabilities whilst effectively managing relationships to drive engagement and support with a broad range of stakeholders.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage, implement and grow innovative workplace giving program.
- Engage and present to new prospects, developing longer term funding sources and strong relationships.
- Support annual corporate volunteering program for existing partners.
- Provide support to Corporate Partnerships Manager and Corporate Partnerships Coordinator
- Manage communications (quarterly Workplace Giving newsletter, third party platforms, reward/recognition) and develop annual campaign calendar.
- Work with Corporate Partnerships Coordinator to identify and implement donor journey.
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts, using data to inform future planning.
- Undertake market research and identify trends in Workplace Giving in Australia for improvement.
**YOUR SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES**
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or fundraising desirable with previous experience in corporate partnerships and workplace giving highly regarded _but not essential._
- Demonstrated business acumen, analytical skills.
- Confident communicator and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills with proven ability to collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders.
- Positive can-do attitude, exceptional interpersonal skills with strong work ethic and professional manner.
- Strong time and project administration capabilities.
- Experience working in a membership-based organisation to support and empower members and volunteers.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Interest in community service ideal.
