**The Role**:
Based in our office in Malaga, the successful applicant will be an essential part of our operations team focusing on the scheduling, planning & employee coordination to facilitate the smooth operation of our growing travel & tourism demands.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting & communicating with customers, team members and stakeholders in a professional manner
- Conducting daily driver briefings
- Liaise with the reservations department to facilitate and encourage bookings
- General administrative duties to facilitate compliance & day to day business operations
- Assisting with the scheduling, planning and coordination of services, drivers & coaches
- Roster drivers in the most efficient way possible and in accordance with company’s Fatigue Management Policy and Safe Driving Policy
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with the Department of Transport Omnibus Operator Standards Scheme Vehicle Maintenance Program
- Directing drivers and ensure that all operational procedures are carried out in accordance company standards and with the Department of Transport Omnibus Operator Standards Scheme Vehicle Maintenance Program.
- Monitor company’s digital radio network and GPS tracking system
- Liaise with clients to ensure their requirements and expectations are fulfilled
- Payroll and time card management for driving personnel
- Promote a safe working environment
- Maintaining, updating and storing of documents, data & files
- Rotational on-call after-hours during evenings and weekends

**Skills**
- Proven experience in rostering or scheduling
- Understanding of travel, transport or logistics is highly desirable
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills are and essential key element to this role.
- A sound knowledge of good business practice and administrative skills, people management, including motivational techniques and the art of delegation and persuasion.
- Ability to resolve issues quickly with little or no direction from a superior, interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule format and good negotiating skills.
- The ability to effectively manage resources.
- A sound geographically of Perth’s metropolitan area and country towns is also an essential requirement.
- Proven honesty, reliability, loyalty and responsibility.

**Software Knowledge Requirements**
- Intermediate competency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of, or the ability to learn Coach Manager, VMS & Customlink
