**About the role**:
Our aspiration is for this role to contribute to the broader management processes of the clinical trials units including quality and compliance improvement, standardising systems and trial budgets, increasing stakeholder engagement, and business planning.

**About you**:

- Provide support with the implementation and management of the Clinical Trials Management System (CTMS), RedCap database support including Electronic Case Report Forms and other relevant clinical trials IT systems.
- Trouble shoot and diagnose hardware, software and network problems utilising internal and external support mechanisms.
- Assist in coordinating and delivering system training to the clinical trials units.
- Be an advocate for change management.
- Work as a member of the Clinical Trials Team providing administrative support to Clinical Staff Specialists, Clinical Research Managers and (Senior) Clinical Trial Coordinators.
- Prepare periodical and special reports on data and provide to relevant groups within the hospitals as required.

**Selection Criteria**:

- Personal integrity and demonstrated commitment to the Philosophy, Mission and Values of Mary Aikenhead Ministries and St Vincent’s Health Australia.
- Prior experience in the NSW Health system or equivalent health environments, with experience in or willingness to learn about clinical trials.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or demonstrated equivalent professional experience in life sciences, business administration management, research administration, or clinical trial coordination.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a high paced environment.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Previous experience using various computer packages eg Microsoft packages, spreadsheets and databases.
