**Job Description**:
As a Data Analyst at We Are Unity, you will play a crucial role in leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making and deliver impactful solutions for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to conduct in-depth data analysis, generate actionable insights, and translate complex data into compelling stories that drive change. Your expertise in data analysis, database management, data visualisation and research will contribute to delivering exceptional client outcomes and fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct data analysis using appropriate statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights within complex data sets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their business goals and challenges, translating them into data requirements and research objectives.
- Support the design of research programs by designing surveys, developing survey questions, data collection methods, and reporting options.
- Ensure accurate and efficient database management, including data cleaning, manipulation, and organisation to facilitate smooth analysis processes.
- Generate reports and visualisations that effectively communicate key findings and insights to clients, continuously seeking improvements in reporting practices.
- Support the client-facing team in each engagement by understanding the client strategy and specific business problems we are helping them solve.
- Prioritise and manage multiple projects, at various stages of development, using strong organisation and time-management skills.
- Communicate openly and regularly with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success.
- Stay updated on research methodologies, data analysis techniques, and best practices in the field of data analytics.
- Provide recommendations and insights based on data analysis to drive strategic decision-making and optimise client performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data analysis with broader organisational goals and objectives.
- Ensure data privacy and security protocols are followed throughout the data analysis process.
- Actively contribute to the development and enhancement of data analysis tools, methodologies, and processes.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to accuracy, attention to detail, and maintaining the highest quality standards in data analysis and reporting.

**Qualifications**:

- Expertise in data analysis techniques and statistical methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of database management systems and data manipulation.
- Excellent research skills, with the ability to design and build surveys, develop data collection methods, and analyse research data.
- Experience in generating reports and visualisations to effectively communicate complex data and insights.
- Experience with technology such as Qualtrics and Notion valuable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Proficiency in data visualisation tools and software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel etc.).
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with industry best practices in data analysis and research methodologies.
- Proficiency in data cleaning, transformation, and validation techniques.
- Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations and protocols.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

This role will be remote from the Philippines reporting directly to the Technologist at We Are Unity in Sydney Australia.
