**About The Role**

This role reports to the Senior Change Manager - Data Capability and Adoption and is an important member of the Privacy, Data Governance, and Change Centre of Excellence. This role will collaborate with diverse teams and leaders across the business, including squads within advanced analytics & EndeavourX, and support functions and our brands.

You will also play a key role in driving a cultural change towards agile ways of working and becoming a data-led business.

**A Day In The Life Of A Change Manager**
- Lead the effective design, implementation and delivery of change management activities, including cases for change, impact assessment, risk assessment, stakeholder analysis, communication and communication plans, and training and transition plans
- Grow and coach product managers, business owners and sponsors in their role as change leaders
- Develop stakeholder relationships within and outside Advanced Analytics and promote collaboration between change management and other teams
- Support the development of our change practice and building change capability within Advanced Analytics and across the business
- Build and contribute to the Advanced Analytics brand internally and externally as a thought leader and key influencer on change management and agile ways of working
- Support the design, development and implementation of a data literacy program across the Group
- Identify and manage anticipated resistance and deploy tactics and strategies to manage resistance and overcome barriers to change
- Develop and establish measures to influence and monitor effective adoption and identify, analyse and prepare risk mitigation tactics
- Develop tools and metrics to assess and evaluate user readiness

**What You'll Need To Succeed**
- Demonstrated capability to deliver E2E business change for large-scale transformative business programs.
- Experience working across multiple change initiatives
- Experience managing organisational changes delivered using Agile approaches
- Ability to handle ambiguity and can be flexible in their approach
- Ability to learn quickly and operate in a matrixed environment with mínimal oversight
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders

The following skills and capabilities would also be highly regarded
- Experience in retail
- Experience in technically complex programmes covering the following areas:

- AI
- Robotics
- Process automation
- Process re-engineering to deliver significant process improvements
- Privacy and Data Governance
- Experience driving an implementing change frameworks and toolkits
