**About the Role**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Trainer to design and deliver leadership development programs to empower our team members and frontline managers. You will possess comprehensive end-to-end experience in designing and delivering training programs for skilled trade-qualified team members and frontline managers. You will assist frontline leaders in integrating leadership skills into their workplace practices, working closely with internal stakeholders.

This role presents an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our organisation's growth and success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Designing and facilitating frontline leadership training in a blue-collar environment.
- Facilitating induction programs.
- Assisting frontline leaders and managers in embedding new skills into the workplace.
- Assisting apprentices with Language, Literacy, and Numeracy (LLN) challenges.
- Sourcing funding opportunities.
- Guiding aligning training plans with workplace activities.
- Maintaining and updating training manuals and content as required.

**About You**:

- Working with Children Check required.
- Knowledge of relevant training, legislative, and regulatory frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Strong analytical, record-keeping, and administrative skills.
- Advanced MS Office skills.
- Familiarity with HR processes, policies, and performance management systems.
- Driver’s License [C Class] is essential.
