Our team works alongside our clients in a multitude of ways. These may be complex recalculations of business process outcomes, or developing bespoke solutions to specific problems.


This is a hands-on delivery role requiring engagement with senior stakeholders and teams across the organisation to ensure thorough analysis and the timely development of evidence-based solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with key business stakeholders, thirdparty vendors, and project team members to understand business requirements and objectives.
  • Define and document business processes and software requirements to support various business initiatives.
  • Lead or participate in workshops, elicitation sessions, and workflow designs to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Liaise with other business units to ensure integration and alignment across systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather detailed business requirements for the development and enhancement of business systems.
  • Contribute to the development roadmap for client services, supplier management, and marketing technologies.
  • Identify stakeholders and create impacted stakeholder matrices to assess project impacts.
  • Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to fully understand and document technology, process, and training impacts.
  • Conduct crossfunctional analysis across people, processes, and systems using change management methodologies.
  • Develop prototypes and mockups to illustrate system functionality.
  • Analyze and develop process maps, facilitating workflow design and approvals with business stakeholders.
  • Coordinate testing activities with business clients and assist in implementing changes.
  • Collaborate with trainers to organize necessary training sessions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in software development principles.
  • Experienced with cloudbased CRM and Marketing Automation technologies, particularly Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, both technical and nontechnical.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationshipbuilding abilities.
  • Exceptional analytical, problemsolving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to inspire and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail, capable of selfmanagement, and driven by motivation.
