**Remuneration details below**:
This position is covered by The RACGP Enterprise Agreement 2022*. The position is remunerated at $112,349 plus superannuation.
- James Cook University (JCU) Employees: If you are transferring from JCU to a role that is substantially the same as your JCU role, you would continue to receive your current JCU terms and entitlements (including salary). RACGP plans to request Fair Work Commission approval to ‘switch off' the JCU Enterprise Agreement for RACGP employees. If approved, employment terms and entitlements will align with the RACGP Enterprise Agreement. Prospective employees from JCU will be asked if they support this change during the offer stage and more information will be provided.

About you
As our Training Coordination Team Leader, you’ll be an enthusiastic and engaged leader who has extensive experience within education delivery industries. You’ll also have exceptional communication and project management skills. To thrive in this role, you’ll have:
extensive experience and strong understanding in supporting the delivery of the AGPT program.
experience in leading a small team and working at a senior level while working in health or an education setting.
ability to clearly and influentially articulate program requirements, whilst encouraging and supporting others.
excellent communications skills with a strong track record in managing the coordination of competing tasks and priorities.
ability to autonomously resolve complex issues through the gathering and analysis of information to achieve the best outcome.
About the opportunity
Reporting to the Operations Team Leader, you’ll lead training coordinators and program support officers within their local training region ensuring a seamless delivery of the AGPT program. You’ll also be working closely with the local and regional team members including program delivery managers and medical educators. In addition, you’ll:
take a key leadership role in the delivery of the AGPT program across a range of administrative functions, including registrar support, practice and supervisor support, accreditation, and event coordination.
mentor, train, and support training coordinators and program support officer to enhance the level of service delivered to registrars, supervisors, and practices.
oversee accreditation and reaccreditation of training facilities within the local training region.
ensure a cohesive and responsive service is always experienced by stakeholders within the region.
undertake complex supervisor and practice support activities to reach best outcomes.
